STANDARD PEMBELAJARANThe Learning Standards for Report Writing in Form 5 English (KSSM) focus on the skills of producing formal, coherent, and structured writing for academic and SPM purposes.
STANDARD KANDUNGANFocuses on report writing as a part of the writing skills focused on producing functional, formal texts. It is primarily assessed in Part 3 of the SPM English Writing Paper (Question 2), where students are expected to write a structured report based on prompts.
OBJEKTIF PEMBELAJARAN. ( selepas proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran, pelajar dapat) :
At the end of the lesson, students are able to:
  • Write a formal report on an activity, incident, or problem (e.g. canteen day, bullying case, project proposal).
  • Use the correct report format (Title, To, From, Date, Introduction, Contents/Analysis, Conclusion/Recommendation, Signature).
  • Produce writing that provides information, analysis, or recommendations objectively
AKTIVITI PEMBELAJARAN & PEMUDAHCARAAN ( PdPc)

Photocopied notes are given as references. Notes should cover writing format, example of reports and sample questions with prompts. Discussion on report writing is conducted during lesson by teacher in a controlled manner.
