STANDARD PEMBELAJARANFocuses on understanding specific information and details in longer texts on a range of familiar topics. Guess the meaning of unfamiliar words from clues provided by other known words and by context on a range of familiar topics.
STANDARD KANDUNGANFocuses on understanding a variety of texts by using a range of appropriate reading strategies to construct meaning.
OBJEKTIF PEMBELAJARAN. ( selepas proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran, pelajar dapat) :
  • Students will be able to scan an article to identify five sentences that have been removed from the text.
  • Students will be able to guess the meaning of new words related to mysteries, legends, or investigations (e.g., admire, admirable, qualities).
  • Student will be able to answer questions about a story (e.g., about legends or mysteries).

Reading and evaluating information from texts. Practices that require students to scan, find and identify information from texts are given.
